Layout:

Entrance to home is located in the back of the house. This goes into the laundry room before 4 steps lead into the Kitchen. All single story after these steps.

Know Before You Book:

Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 11 AM.
Pet Policy: Pets must be reported prior to arrival.  $100/pet per stay.  Max 1; dogs only. 25lb max.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
Airbnb allows hosts to request a signed rental agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID for extended stays. You’ll receive this documentation separately if your stay qualifies (28+ nights). See Airbnb Help Article #465 for more details.

Rate Notes:

This property is a Mid-Term rental- it is rented for month long stays unless otherwise noted.  Monthly rent is 2500.  Please inquire directly for exact quotes. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
